The Orleans Conservation Trust and the Town of Orleans Marine and Fresh Water Quality Committee are teaming up for a guided walk at Mill Pond Valley as part of Cape Cod Clean Water Week. Along the way, Carolyn Auty, Chair of the committee and an OCT Trustee, will share Orleans’ initiatives to protect its water resources, including water quality monitoring at Mill Pond and throughout the greater Nauset Estuary. Participants will learn more about local water quality efforts while enjoying beautiful views along the pond shoreline.
