Charlotte Quigley, Assistant Director of Center for Seafood Solutions, Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, will talk about dairy cows who produce a lot of methane, one of the most potent greenhouse gases heating up our planet.  Charlotte will provide an update on a promising initiative from Bigelow Lab in Boothbay, Maine, exploring whether seaweed and algae may provide an answer. How! Feed them to the cows!
